  2. Ah ha, the exotic foreign ailse in a French supermarket. We don't get Ty-Phoo or custard creams here. (Who would ever choose (disgusting) custard creams over decent French biscuits???!) but we have pretty much the same selection otherwise!

    1. Agree with you on custard creams but I do occasionally buy ginger nuts as I use them in the base of my rhubarb and ginger cheesecake. Otherwise I don't think I have ever bought anything from this section as it is all so expensive ... and it makes me laugh at what the French think we would most want to buy.

    1. This one does have a good selection .... but it's horribly expensive. I have just noticed that some-one has put a carton of French apple juice between the custard creams and chic chip cookies and now I am racking my brains as to what should be there! I also want to find out what is missing between the table biscuits and tea!
