    1. We were lucky as we were out of English school holidays plus in what is a quieter part of Exmoor anyway. It was lovely to have the sun shining for once too ;)

    1. We did the same crossing a few days earlier and the stone just in front of Ben was actually wet then ... and slippery! The whole thing becomes impassable after rain and in winter so we were glad we could cross it.

    1. This time all the stones were dry so not slippery but a few days earlier we were also there and the one stone in front of Ben was wet and slippery ... but we did all manage to stay dry (albeit with my camera passed OVER the stone rather than round my neck as I stepped on the wet stone!)
