This is my blog, A Green and Rosie Life, which is all about helping you live life that bit greener without having to build an off-grid log cabin in the woods or knit your own nettle fibre undies! It's about helping you make simple changes that together will make a big difference to our beautiful world and make it a better place for our children.

Looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteIt was Reading Residence, very delicious indeed .... Poisson et frites!
ReplyDeleteOh now that looks lush - and not very French!!
ReplyDeleteMais oui LeanerMOther- c'est poissson et frites!
ReplyDeletedeelish! My post today is also food-related, but more "french" being Chandeleur'n'all! To get poisson et frites like that around here you have to go to the Irish pub!!
ReplyDeleteYumm - looks very nice. I wouldn't mind some peas too :)
ReplyDeleteAre you missing English food :) I'll swap with you for a day (or week even better!)
ReplyDelete@Phoebe - we had our crêpes for breakfast ;). These fish and chips were in a brasserie at Ouistreham where the ferries come in so lots of Brits around!
ReplyDelete@ Notmyyearoff - yes, peas would have been nice but NOT mushy! The out of season tomato was rather tasteless.
@ City Coastal Life & Style - fish and chips is one thing I do occasionally miss (especially as we had excellent ones where we lived in the UK) - but that is more than made up with all the lovely French food we get! No need to swap though - just book yourself a little holiday with us :)
Yummy! That looks so tasty! x
ReplyDeleteIt was Kim - not quite good chip shop standard but a very good effort all the same. Much enjoyed :)
ReplyDeletedelicious! x
ReplyDeleteI hope it tasted as good as it looked.
ReplyDeleteyummy!
ReplyDelete@Louise, @Fiona and @Becky - yes, delicious, yummy and as good as it looked!
ReplyDeleteOh yes please!
ReplyDelete@Mary - take the ferry to Caen and it's the second brasserie on the right as you leave the ferry port ;)
ReplyDeleteMaking me hungry... :P
ReplyDelete@MomLee - makes me hungry when I remember how good it tasted!
