This is my blog, A Green and Rosie Life, which is all about helping you live life that bit greener without having to build an off-grid log cabin in the woods or knit your own nettle fibre undies! It's about helping you make simple changes that together will make a big difference to our beautiful world and make it a better place for our children.

Ooo that looks fun lol can I come and drive the digger lol
ReplyDeleteOh, SOOO busy!!
ReplyDeleteI should have sent you a whole jug of hot chocolate, but I did email one cup :)
@JollyJilly - you'll have to stand in the digger-driving queue after Simon and son, Ben. Ben has recently learnt to drive it and LOVES it (not unsurprisingly)!
ReplyDelete@Claire - they have indeed been busy. It has either been too wet to do the work or we have had guests in the gite. Now it's a rush to get the work done before our next guests arrive for Christmas! ... oh and thank you for the hot chocolate - very much appreciated!
Boys and their toys! Is it my computer or is there a problem with linking up to Silent Sunday today Rosie? I can't get in to the comments on Cosmic Girlie.
ReplyDeletevery industrious! We had a house in France, long since sold, good memories of France.
ReplyDeleteBoys and their toys!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they're busy
Crikey that looks like ruddy hard work to me!
ReplyDeleteLooking very hard at work x
ReplyDeletelots going on there, love to see men busy working :)
ReplyDeleteOh that looks like fun. I've always wanted to drive one of those ;D
ReplyDeleteThey're both so intent on the job. Great photo for the album.
Good luck completing the job before the guests arrive.
Merry Christmas to you all :D
Busy boys, my lad would love a go on that digger!
ReplyDelete@Phoebe, @City Coastal Life and @Emma T - yup - you have hit the nail on the head there ... boys and their toys! A digger was the first big thing Simon bought when we moved over to France.
ReplyDelete@Victoria and @Kim - hard work and busy men yes but the results are looking good and the digger makes it an awful lot easier than doing it all by hand.
@Neesie - so do I hope it is finished soon. we have been too long without a proper front garden when the gite next door has a lovely one!
@hodgepodgedays - I think ALL boys (and quite a few girls)would love to have a go on a digger. Ben knows he is a very lucky boy.
Looks like you're all keeping yourselves busy and there's a plan in the making!
ReplyDeleteYou are indeed right Charly - they are busy and there is a plan - our long awaited for front garden!
ReplyDeleteThat looks hard work! We could do with something like that to sort out our garden!
ReplyDelete@agooddaytodye - the digger has made the hard work much easier helped also by the fact Ben can now drive it!
ReplyDeleteTeamwork - looking good
ReplyDelete@kate - yes good teamwork and a great end result. It'll be brilliant to have a proper garden soon and NO MUD to traipse through :)
