ReplyDeleteLove this! I had a giant rhubarb plant in my garden that unfortunately had to go - I had a phase with a lot (a LOT) of rhubarb crumble and rhubarb smoothies... I would have loved to have all these other ideas back then... another classic I can think of is strawberry and rhubarb jam, it's delicious! #goinggreen

ReplyDeleteI have to confess I am not the biggest fan of rhubarb. I know, that's terrible isn't it? I think it's the texture. But my family do love it. Some fab recipes here. I do like rhubarb wine, and I had some rhubarb gin recently which was yummy!
ReplyDeleteApologies that this #goinggreen comment is so late.
Simon made rhubarb gin this year and we tried it yesterday - boy was it good and the gin infused rhubarb slices were great ... but so alcoholic!
