Welcome to Animal Tales, the blog linky that brings together all sorts of animal blog posts from all over the world. It runs every other Tuesday to the following Thursday evening.
Autumn Storms
Autumn has been making its presence know over the last few days and after weeks of very calm weather, here in northern France, we have taken a bit of a battering. Most mornings I have had to go and look for blown away food bowls and on one morning part of a chicken shed roof was dislodged. Luckily there were no chickens in that one and it was easy to fix. Henry, our elderly cat has now also decided it is far too wet to go outside, although in fairness a light shower is enough to deter his outdoor forays and together with Saari they are vying for the best spot in front of the wood burner. Do your pets dislike going out in the winter?
Favourites from Last Time ...
Thank you for everyone who linked up - two posts really caught my eye for on very different themes. Ness from JibberJabberUK wrote about the Animal's war memorial in London and Suzanne from ChickenRuby in Dubai wrote about the soft play area for dogs she and Bob go to. Trust Dubai to come up with something like that!
Over to you now. Please add your posts below. The posts can be old or new and as varied as the animals who we share our world with. If you tweet with the hashtag #AnimalTales and @greenrosielife I'll retweet you. Just give me a nudge if I appear to have forgotten you.
Full details of the linky can be found here but can I remind people of a couple of the "rules":
- Please can you include my badge (preferably) or a link back to this blog.
- This is a blog link so please comment on the host post and at least two other blogs in the link up, ideally including the one in front of you.
- Pinterest - not a rule but for even greater exposure of your blog post please do join the Animal Tales Pinterest board and pin a picture from your linked posts. Vertical pictures are best for Pinterest.
Great photos, they look like they are having a lot of fun. I love the ball pool one. My pets don't go outside so it doesn't make much difference to them, but I know a few dogs who aren't so keen. x
