Animal Tales 82

Welcome to Animal Tales, the blog linky that brings together all sorts of animal blog posts from all over the world.  It runs every other Tuesday to the following Thursday evening.

We are back down to just having Saari here again after all our canine shenanigans at the beginning of the month ... but she is making her presence known as she is in major moult mode.  I totally understand why some people get bald dogs LOL.  She is missing having some playmates though and hopes some of our gite guests will bring dogs with them!

Favourites from Last Time ...

Thank you to everyone who linked up last time.   Ersatz Expat had a heart stopping flight in order to save her beautiful dog, Bess and Karen showed us how important it is to get children to look after their pets.  Maybe one day they will head off in a plane to shoe a pet the love she needs to survive.

Over to you now.  Please add your posts below. The posts can be old or new and as varied as the animals who we share our world with. If you tweet with the hashtag #AnimalTales and @greenrosielife I'll retweet you.  Just give me a nudge if I appear to have forgotten you.

Full details of the linky can be found here but can I remind people of a couple of the "rules":

  • Please can you include my badge (preferably) or a link back to this blog.
  • This is a blog link so please comment on the host post and at least two other blogs in the link up, ideally including the one in front of you.
  • Pinterest - not a rule but for even greater exposure of your blog post please do join the Animal Tales Pinterest board and pin a picture from your linked posts. Vertical pictures are best for Pinterest.

If you missed joining in with this linky the next one opens on Tuesday Oct 11th - hope to see you and your animals then!

  1. Goodmorning Rosie, Saari does look rather forlorn sat there wondering where all her playmates have gone. I hope she gets her wish of some more playmates... Some of our dogs are going into their final moult before they start fluffing up for winter. I am so glad that two of the dogs aren't maulters and Zola is really short furred.

    Thank you for hosting.

    xx

    1. Lucky you - I cannot believe how much fur Saari is chucking out and this is just her summer coat - it is MUCH worse with her spring moult!

  4. Poor Saari, I hope she gets some canine pals to play with soon. Bessie is a moulter (Perdie is not as bad), her hair isso bad that it breaks special 'animal' vacuums. Thanks for featuring the post about her, she is doing so much better now and is able to go for walks again. We are assessing whether to try to get her to Saudi or to leave her with our vet in Ipoh.

    1. Oh that is good news but maybe makes your decision about whether she stays or travels all the harder to make.
