This is my blog, A Green and Rosie Life, which is all about helping you live life that bit greener without having to build an off-grid log cabin in the woods or knit your own nettle fibre undies! It's about helping you make simple changes that together will make a big difference to our beautiful world and make it a better place for our children.
This cat loves soaking the sun - doesn't it. ;)
ReplyDeleteShe is a real sun-seeker ... when she's not out keeping our mouse population down!
DeleteLove the expression on his/ her face. Definitely soaking up the sun!
ReplyDeleteShe loves the sun and knows all the best places to get a bit of winter warmth!
DeleteA very grand looking cat!
ReplyDeleteShe's actually very meek and nervous but changed her head position just as I snapped the photo then turned away and refused to look back at me!
DeleteA beautiful portrait, love the colours
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up
Thank you, Darren :)
DeleteAw she is lapping up the winter sun there
ReplyDeleteShe certainly is and after a few frosty days it has gone mild again.
DeleteLoving the sunshine just a bit there :)
ReplyDeleteShe certainly was. She loves finding the best sunny spots.
DeleteCats like that always look as if they are in a trance, but I bet he could move quickly if he needed to!
ReplyDeleteFumée is actually really nervous so even when she looks asleep or in a trance she has one eye open in case anyone comes too close and then she's off in a flash!
DeleteThat's one happy looking cat! Really lovely photo.
ReplyDeleteShe is a happy cat, just so long as you don't try to stroke her! She hates that, bless her.
Deletewhat a serene and lovely sweet thing.
ReplyDeleteHi Rosie, I missed this one! Now that cat looks like it is in seventh heaven. They are like sun magnets. Ours are outdoor cats and I like to think that they bask in the sun in order to build up some heat for the night. They do have a warm (ish) box, bedding and a shed they can sleep in, but it's still cold to me.
