We all know going on holiday can be a great time to spend some quality time together.  We also all know how family days out can add up. So here at Eco-Gites of Lenault we have come up with a list of 25 things you can do when visiting here that do not involve leaving the gite at all and often are totally free.

  1. We always go for a walk. Sometimes even at night on a nice day to slow things down for us. i wish I can stroke animals. Something about it is calming too. I use to do this with our cats & dogs. In here we have no pets at all so I cant do that now =( #LetkidsBeKids

    1. I know what you mean - when I was at Mum's recently I really missed having a dog or cat to stroke ... and a pig for that matter! Our pigs love a good back scratch and will roll over for a tummy tickle too :)

  3. Hi Jina - and thank you. What a coincidence! I wonder if there are any other French bloggers on UBC? I will pop over you have a read of your blog later but in the meantime I am on a mission to get all our fruit picked and preserved before it gets to ripe! A tout à l'heure.

    1. Raspberries, tayberries, loganberries, last of the strawberries, blackcurrants and jostaberries! I don't have any meribels - something I really must rectify as I love meribel jam :)

    1. Thank you - our pigs are a New Zealand breed called Kune Kunes and are absolutely the best - daily scratching is an absolute must and in this hot weather they love being soaked with a hosepipe!
