Autumn Walk

Posted by Rosie

After yesterday's heavy rain showers today was dry and sunny so the boys and I headed off down the valley, camera in hand, to take the dogs for a walk:

Not all of the Summer flowers have gone over - Bellflowers

Some of the many fungi we saw

The leaves they are a'changing colour

Sunlight through the leaves that are yet to turn

"Just HOW much longer must we sit here?"

Very pretty but highly toxic Black Bryony berries

Saari and Poppy trying to camouflage themselves

"It's lovely, honest - come on in!"

The shaggy ink cap, also known as lawyer's wig, or shaggy mane
