I love rhubarb and we grow loads at Eco-Gites of Lenault.  Crumble is a perennial favourite but each year I try to find some new ways to serve this vegetable we always think of as a fruit.  In case you are in need of some inspiration I have put together a range of ideas you might like to try.

  4. Love this! I had a giant rhubarb plant in my garden that unfortunately had to go - I had a phase with a lot (a LOT) of rhubarb crumble and rhubarb smoothies... I would have loved to have all these other ideas back then... another classic I can think of is strawberry and rhubarb jam, it's delicious! #goinggreen

  8. I love rhubarb too. Rhubarb lemonade and rhubarb tart are favourites in our house, as well as the crumble, of course. I'll have to check out a few of the recipes you've listed. #GoingGreen

  11. I have to confess I am not the biggest fan of rhubarb. I know, that's terrible isn't it? I think it's the texture. But my family do love it. Some fab recipes here. I do like rhubarb wine, and I had some rhubarb gin recently which was yummy!

    1. Simon made rhubarb gin this year and we tried it yesterday - boy was it good and the gin infused rhubarb slices were great ... but so alcoholic!
