The whole breathalyser thing is confusing too, I don't think it ever became law but then I'm not 100% sure about that.Phoebe @ Lou Messugohttp://www.loumessugo.com/en/blognoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-30445869046955326772015-05-08T17:53:22.873+02:002015-05-08T17:53:22.873+02:00Driving as an American in France is still just cra...Driving as an American in France is still just crazy confusing! We go a lot slower now after getting speed trapped with the flashers, and I happily put on my hazard lights anytime I just don't feel comfortable going fast! Great tips and rule-sharing here; should help a lot of tourists and expats!Swagshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04536665298453982608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-44449836485612681062015-05-08T16:21:24.709+02:002015-05-08T16:21:24.709+02:00This is a great post, you cover a lot of ground!
...This is a great post, you cover a lot of ground!

I might add that for anyone who needs to get a French driver's license, the process is daunting! I had been driving since the age of 16 in the States and got a French license when I was 30. I somehow, amazingly, passed the extremely detailed multiple choice written test the first time around, but FAILED my first driving test! La honte! I got it the second time, though. At least it's for life! #AllAboutFranceBetty Carlsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17155852272383173880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-4772046969293349872015-05-07T07:42:19.607+02:002015-05-07T07:42:19.607+02:00Certainly, traveling with high visibility vests in...Certainly, traveling with high visibility vests in the car was not a requirement the last time we drove in France ~ much less breathalyzer kits! Not even country sticker, although the car had British plates. Helpful information to keep us on the right side (no pun intended!) of ever changing and increasingly exacting French driving law.Melodie Khttp://www.melodiek.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-63743002528850590912014-04-25T22:29:25.399+02:002014-04-25T22:29:25.399+02:00At least now you know what to check for!At least now you know what to check for!A Green and Rosie Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02501989987736281707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-63299729812969825822014-04-25T22:29:05.107+02:002014-04-25T22:29:05.107+02:00Glad to be of assistance and enjoy the camping.Glad to be of assistance and enjoy the camping.A Green and Rosie Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02501989987736281707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878260668698530448.post-26048197711828430902014-04-25T22:28:36.540+02:002014-04-25T22:28:36.540+02:00You'll be fine!
